Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and bringing to bear brand new technologies? We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Hyperautomation with expertise in PowerApps, Copilot, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, and Azure services like Azure Functions, OpenAI, and Cognitive Services. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to implement inventive solutions across organizations.

Accountabilities
- Solutioning, design, and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform, AI, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Pages.
- Design, develop, and coordinate PowerApps applications, integrating with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Implement Power Pages (Portals) for external user engagement, authentication, and workflow automation with Dataverse, Azure AD B2C, and APIs.
- Apply AI Builder, Copilot, and Power Virtual Agents for intelligent automation, document processing, and conversational AI.
- Implement Power Automate workflows (Cloud & Desktop, RPA, UI Flows) for business process automation and enterprise integrations.
- Develop Power BI analytics solutions, including advanced DAX, Paginated Reports, and Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, Dataflows, Data Factory) for scalable insights.
- Extend Power Platform with SharePoint Online, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- Extend Power Platform capabilities and deliver business intelligence solutions using Azure Functions, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps.
- Develop enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions, including custom SPFx web parts, extensions, workflows, document management, and search-based solutions.
- Establish governance, security standard processes, compliance policies, and ALM strategies for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Design Dataverse extensibility, including custom APIs, Plugins, and Virtual Tables for enterprise data modeling.
- Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects demonstrating AI, automation, RPA, and intelligent analytics.
- Collaborate with business collaborators, developers, and data analysts to define and implement scalable and innovative solutions.
- Implement DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines) for Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, AI, SharePoint, Azure, and security standard processes.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Proficient in solution architecture, enterprise automation, and applications.
- Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder, Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Solid experience in Power Pages (Portals), including authentication, customization, and API integrations.
- Experience with Azure Functions, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, API Management, and serverless architectures.
- Experience in Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation, RPA (Power Automate Desktop), and intelligent document processing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, C#, REST APIs, and OData for extending Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Experience in Power Platform governance, security compliance (DLP policies), ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and solution architecture standard processes.
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric (Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Dataflows, Event Hub) for real-time analytics.
- Experience in DevOps for Power Platform and SharePoint using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent collaborator engagement, technical leadership, and documentation skills.
- Microsoft Certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-500, PL-900, AZ-204, AI-900, MS-600, DP-500) are highly preferred.
