Accountabilities

  • Perform tasks associated with the successful delivery of team objectives.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand solution needs and deliver robust, cost-effective data and analytics solutions.
  • Lead the utilization of existing tools to develop intuitive applications for Global Engineering.
  • Provide expert support in troubleshooting issues and participate in developing new innovative digital product features.
  • Offer business support in data analysis and access, ensuring adherence to current principles, policies, and standards.
  • Create templates to standardize data collection and reporting.
  • Support functional data strategies to minimize risk while improving data quality and value.
  • Evaluate data and analytics solutions, contributing to business case creation and delivery plans.
  • Contribute to the development of information management as a capability through training, tooling, and optimizing output.
  • Maintain professional development in information management, data, and analytics technologies.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field with minimum of 7+ years of Digital, Data & AI experience with engineering mindset.
  • Advanced data handling skills (e.g., SQL, Power Platform, Snowflake, Excel).
  • Passion for data processes and their role in driving business performance.
  • Good working knowledge of data governance technologies such as Taxonomy Management, Master Data Management, Data Classification, and Data Archiving.
  • Exposure to Data Pipelines (Ingest & Store, Data Preparation, Discover & Present, Insight & Experience).
  • Experience from Agile data development projects & Understanding of Lean principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Low-Code/no-code Solution Development and Deployment:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address gaps with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Power Platforms).
  • Design, Develop & Deploy application solutions using configurations established in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and develop advanced automated workflows.
  • Lead design and code reviews within the team and support the development of technical best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Experience in change management and providing innovative solutions on smaller projects.
  • Hands-on experience in developing AI tools (e.g., CoPilot Studio).
  • Work experience with DevOps or DataOps concepts, preferably hands-on.
  • Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working.
  • Extensive working knowledge in a data engineering role with practical examples using modern data platforms including Power BI, Snowflake etc.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Proactively research emerging trends and innovations in the low-code/no-code solution industry.
  • Evaluate new tools, platforms, and updates to assess their potential for improving availability, scalability, and efficiency.

Business/User Support:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials on the capabilities of low-code/no-code solutions & data/AI.
  • Coordinate the integration of AI agents within production services to enhance user interactions.
  • Strong networking and consulting skills with external links and business awareness.

Team Skill:

  • Contribute to the positive, solution-focused and creative team spirit
  • Mentorship: Support team members in their progress and development
