Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the IT sector of the pharmaceutical industry? AstraZeneca is seeking a dynamic and expert Senior Business Analyst to join our R&D Regulatory and Quality Value Stream. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is inspiring change and innovation in our industry. We are looking for an individual who can bring their expertise in business analysis and design to deliver small scale business change activities, and chip in to large scale or global business change.
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, planning business analysis, conducting collaborator analysis, defining requirements analysis and design, handling arguments and benefits, and evaluating solutions. You will work collaboratively with various teams including Business Partners, Business Analysts, Product Owners/Managers, IT Platform Lead/DevOps Leads, and more.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Prior experience of performing a similar role in the R&D regulatory or quality space.
Experience and functional understanding of quality management systems.
Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change.
Exposure to Agile Methodology and JIRA.
Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills.
Experience of working in a regulated environment.
Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors.
Discernment, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Presentation, Networking, Communication & Facilitation.
Customer Focus and Collaborator Management.
Business Process and Requirements Management.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Degree in relevant field or formal certification in business analysis practice.
Experience of working in a global organisation.
