As a Senior Analyst - Website, you will play a crucial role in delivering our brand websites and the One AZ project. You will ensure that our site assembly team follows appropriate processes to meet business requirements with exceptional quality. Additionally, you will participate in product governance and lead the One AZ project to deliver high-quality sites in EUCAN and the US. Join us in this exciting journey of growth and innovation!

Accountabilities

  • Drive the OneAZ Product version/feature implementation into market OneAZ Websites.

  • Participate in One AZ governance meetings and training demos.

  • Act as the point of contact for the operation team regarding technical components.

  • Provide proactive suggestions for continuous improvement in authoring/site assembly.

  • Ensure timely training of all assembly team members from vendors.

  • Coordinate and track brief deviations, customize implementation, and plan portal execution.

  • Design and build various web components to ensure website content and functionality.

  • Document gaps in standards or processes to improve efficiency.

  • Provide feedback to team members and resolve unresolved concerns.

  • Actively participate in monthly governance meetings and provide key highlights, challenges, and opportunities in Web QA space.

  • Review content issues from governance meetings and set checklists to prevent future issues.

  • Drive and participate in bi-weekly meetings to discuss challenges with the IT team.

  • Review and sign off site hand documents and attend GO-NO-GO meetings.

  • Work closely with the Dev team during the Hypercare period to ensure monitoring solutions are in place.

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and collaborators to meet quality standards and user expectations.

  • Act as an SME, guiding the team in site assembly best practices and HCP Portal operations.

  • Gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with website content, metrics, and data.

  • Work with the IT team to discover and improve testing methodologies and tools.

  • Monitor and report issues related to site structure, page performance, broken links, website optimization tags, and other technical aspects before and after deployment.

  • Monitor and report issues related to accessibility compliance standards.

  • Use a combination of automation and manual QA (80/20) to ensure implementation of newly released product features into market OneAZ websites.

  • Ensure alignment with relevant Content Delivery Managers to minimize BAU impact on market websites.

  • Own documentation of feature implementation per market and update status on a common SharePoint.

  • Join OneAZ Program Incremental planning and provide market impact assessment feedback on new features/functionalities.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in web development and testing.

  • Deep technical competence and expertise in AEM, HTML5, CSS3 & JS.

  • Demonstrates and adheres to best practices for web accessibility WCAG 2.1.

  • High level of expertise in website governance & operation.

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, along with problem-solving & decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts tailored to the audience.

  • Knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet & similar project management tools.

  • Ability to govern and hold accountability for third-party vendors & media partners.

  • Prior experience in the Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
