As part of the Global Learning & Leadership Development team, you will support an established portfolio of global offerings that enable employees, managers, and leaders to reach their full potential and perform at their best. You will be central to contributing to the life-long learning culture at AstraZeneca, deploying innovation, transformation, and best learning practices. This role works closely with the Global Learning and Leadership Directors and Partners to bring to life the key portfolio areas through excellent organizational skills, key collaborator engagement, outstanding project delivery, continuous improvement, and optimization. Working as part of an agile team and in partnership with our Global Learning Services, you will support various stages of the learning cycle: research, learning design, solution development, delivery, evaluation for both formal and informal learning.

Accountabilities

  • Project Planning/Management

  • Organisation and coordination of RFP submission work in conjunction with Global Learning Partners and Enterprise Learning Directors.

  • Plan the operational delivery of the learning programmes, overseeing schedules to ensure they align to Global calendars, with the right dates in Cornerstone for Live and Virtual delivery.

  • Identify and highlight risks, working with Global Learning Partners and Enterprise Learning Directors to mitigate them.

  • Oversee quality of learning delivery with Global Learning Partners.

  • Collaborator Engagement and Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for collaborators for queries on the scheduling and delivery of learning.

  • Facilitate collaborator engagement and communication throughout the learning delivery lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

  • Work closely with vendors, ensuring they have clear communications on our requirements and providing feedback on performance against service level agreements and key performance metrics.

  • Research and Data Analytics

  • Provide timely and accurate data from a variety of systems to support Global Learning Partners and Enterprise Learning Directors in understanding the potential learning audience size, location, and split by functional SET area.

  • Research existing training content – sift libraries, speak to SMEs, collate and tag to approve for use with Enterprise Learning Directors.

  • Curate/build content pathway in Degreed.

  • Analyse trends in performance metrics for use in reporting and to help problem solve/identify continuous improvements.

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Provide timely and accurate data from a variety of systems to support Global Learning Partners and Enterprise Learning Directors in understanding the potential learning audience size, location, and split by functional SET area.

  • Capture key performance indicators and metrics to measure performance (such as learner engagement, presenteeism, drop off rates, NPS for experience), track progress, and evaluate success against objectives.

  • Prepare regular (monthly and quarterly) status reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders, providing insights into learning programme health and outcomes with trend analysis.

  • Quality Reviews and Continuous Improvement

  • Capturing metrics throughout the delivery of the learning programmes, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate feedback into future delivery of programmes (internally and with vendors).

  • Drive continuous improvement in the processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance learning programme outcomes and efficiency, both for the team and T&D and also for learner satisfaction.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Digital engagement experience either within learning, marketing or social media.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, looks for new and innovative ways to drive learning and development across the Enterprise, including how systems can be used to enhance the learner experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with collaborators at all levels in the organization.

  • Exceptional organisational and project planning/management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently.

  • Highly competent in the use of learning systems and platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

  • Thorough attitude with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise reports.

  • Proven experience dealing sensitively with confidential information.
