Accountabilities
- Manage and support SPFx deployments, web parts, extensions, and applications.
- Deploy and support end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, Co-Pilot Studio.
- Integrate SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
- Work on Multi technologies “M365 Suites” platform.
- Maintain and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, resolving issues and improving efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring alerts handling.
- Responsible for handling service requests.
- Responsible for diagnosing and fixing P3 & P4 end user related incidents.
- Responsible for updating SharePoint Security & Cumulative Update Servers.
- Initial triaging, and remediation if possible, for all P1& P2 or else advance it senior levels.
- Responsible for incident queue monitoring and management.
- Responsible for Creating & implementing Change requests.
- Responsible for fulfilment requests of standard changes (request for data, request for information, server builds, other service catalogue items).
- Responsible for creating and updating Known Error documentation.
Essential Skills/Experience
- 6-8 years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience with SPFx, Power Platform, Co-Pilot Studio & Microsoft Teams & Unified Communication Services.
- Expertise in developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot
- Experience with REST APIs, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework integrations
- Knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online and On-Premises architectures
- Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) - Good to have
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with multi-functional teams
