Detailed Job Description
Reporting to an SPM or PM, the BA will supporta workstream, track progress of the key activities and task of the team. The role can support any stage in the project lifecycle and is accountable for specific activities assigned in larger projects and/ programmes. This role is also required to follow established project processes, cadence and standards and identify improvement areas.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and management of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to project managers and teams, such as maintaining project documentation, tracking project expenses, and managing project-related communications.
Reporting and Analysis: Compiling and analyzing project data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Risk and Issue Management: Assisting in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and issues, and supporting the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance: Contributing to the maintenance of project quality standards, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, and supporting the implementation of quality assurance processes.
Documentation Management: Managing project documentation, including version control, storage, and retrieval, to ensure that project information is organized and accessible.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement within project management activities and contributing to the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
Working Knowledge of Power BI, Sharepoint and JIRA to support the PMs, BAs and Engagement leads
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Project coordination skills
Good communication and organisational skills
Familiar with project management and delivery methodologies and standards
Technical or business degree or relevant proven experience
Project delivery/project coordination role.
Working Knowledge of Power BI, Sharepoint and JIRA
