Job Title: Site IT Technical Manager

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of IT professionals dedicated to transforming the technological landscape at your site? As a Site IT Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing IT infrastructure, tools, and services that empower our workforce. With a deep understanding of ETS technologies and services, you'll collaborate with the Site IT Technical Lead and service capability owners to document and optimize the site's technical landscape. Your mission is to ensure that our IT services meet current and future business needs, while engaging the local workforce in adopting new technologies. You'll represent the Site IT Technical team in discussions with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring consistent delivery of services aligned with our IT strategy. Are you ready to make an impact?

Accountabilities:

- Service Delivery and Performance: Drive high user satisfaction with IT services, collaborating with teams to improve services and satisfaction scores.

- Expectation Management: Educate colleagues on effective use of IT services.

- Service Monitoring: Track and manage performance of locally owned IT services using dashboards.

- Standards and Engagement: Manage local infrastructure and engage with global IT processes.

- Issue Resolution: Act as the main contact for urgent IT service issues, ensuring swift resolution.

- Specialist and VIP Services: Deliver specialized IT services consistently with global standards.

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee lifecycle and health of local IT infrastructure.

- Asset and Project Support: Collaborate on asset provisioning and support project planning.

- Compliance: Ensure IT operations meet regulatory and security standards.

- Technology Promotion: Encourage use of ETS technology.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- 3-5 Years of Experience in a Service Manager role, with a proven track record of owning, being accountable and running an IT Service/Platform/Tools in medium-large organization. Experience of service delivery and exploitation.

- Fluent in English written and spoken.

- Strong technical understanding across a range of technologies/domains.

- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Toolset or similar.

- Proven experience managing local vendors, contracts, renewals, RFP activities.

- Leader and team player – sets example for team or coaches others, effective collaboration across your region with your peers.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience in the Bio/Pharma or Retail industry.

- Passion for delivering world-class service continually challenging in pursuit of the user experience and striving for improvement performance.

- Communication and engagement skills and a proven relationship management professional.

- Strong stakeholder skills to manage local negotiations, expectations and resolutions.

- Experience working in a standards/governed/compliant environment.
