Scope:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Associate Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will play a critical part in driving cohesive, high-performing digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless integration and delivering compelling brand experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Marketing Implementation
    • Implement coordinated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across channels such as email, social media, websites, mobile apps, and digital advertising.
    • Coordinate with brand managers to optimize the channel mix for campaign performance.
    • Implement personalization strategies to improve user experience and increase engagement.
    • Manage cross-channel tracking and attribution to measure the efficiency of digital efforts.
    • Develop and maintain customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities.
    • Implement retargeting strategies to build a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • Channel-Specific Responsibilities
    • Be responsible for daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
    • Implement email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
    • Improve website user flow, particularly for HCP websites, with ongoing updates.
    • Collaborate on the distribution of digital marketing materials across channels.
    • Leverage AI tools to optimize campaign performance and personalize user experiences.
    • Support the implementation of innovative digital solutions such as VR experiences for product demonstrations and medical education.
  • Analytics and Compliance
    • Supervise and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Analyze cross-channel data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
    • Ensure all digital marketing activities align with relevant industry regulations.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing omnichannel marketing campaigns and collaborating across departments.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and familiarity with pharmaceutical sales or marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to effectively align with partners, such as marketing, sales, and medical teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, including the capability to derive insights and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Experience with handling email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website optimization, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with retargeting and personalization strategies to improve user engagement and drive campaign results.
  • Good English command is mandatory French is a plus.
