What you’ll do

PBI Specialist supports other business functions by providing accurate and comprehensive information they required to drive business performance and support end users of the PBI tool, including related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support across all departments and TAs

• Maintaining existing Power BI Dashboards in cooperation with other IBEX members
• Design of new reports based on the business requirements across all departments and TAs
• Proactively seeking new data sets and collecting use case opportunities (e.g. based on new enabled data sets, BI features) and their communication to the business
• Ad hoc analyses based on the business requirements (Power BI data)
• Participation in cross-functional / cross-market team meetings

Requirements:

• Experience with a BI tool (Power BI or any other similar)
• MS Office proficiency
• Passion for the digital environment and ways of working/communication
• Great collaboration skills, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
• Goal-oriented, proactively seeking solutions
• Focus on simplification and automation
• Analytical thinking,
• Passion for customers
• Eagerness to learn, understand, and translate for business all the gained insights
• Ability to understand real customer needs and incorporate them into the services
• Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
• High Communication level
• Good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

• Experiences with digital marketing
• Pharma  domain background
• SFE-related vocabulary is an advantage
