As part of the US Omnichannel and Content Delivery team within GBS Commercial Operations, the Content Delivery Manager (CDM) is the asset delivery subject matter expert and leads the delivery of content that supports the brand’s strategic marketing campaigns.
The Content Delivery Manager (CDM) serves as the primary point-of-contact for select commercial marketing teams within the Rare Disease Unit, managing the operational planning and delivery of content including websites, emails, print collateral, and social media assets. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects from intake through final delivery, build strong partner relationships, and coordinate with global creative and production partners while maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to agreed timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets.
- Partner with the brand teams to ensure production resources and plans are properly aligned with the commercial marketing teams’ strategic marketing objectives and requirements to deliver operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key collaborators, preferred production partners and cross-functional internal team members to ensure that assets are produced and delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the commercial marketing teams for all topics and issues associated with content production planning and delivery, including demand intake and triage as the single point of entry for all project requests.
- Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our preferred partners to ensure project deliverables are met, including creative development projects including copywriting and design work, as well as digital and print production activities.
- Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of project requests.
- Work closely with our internal creative team to create brand requests and coordinate cross-functional handoffs with other internal/external teams.
- Oversee project execution to ensure Creative Briefs and project requests are delivered within SLAs and meet quality standards.
- Support discussions with brand teams, MLR review team, and internal/external production partners associated with content production prioritization, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to using the work management tool (JIRA) to effectively manage projects E2E ensuring accurate data is captured with comprehensive project documentation and status tracking
- Proactively guide new partners on GCS processes and expectations in working with our team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agency with a high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree and 5 –7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key partners and cross-functional teams with proven ability to serve as a trusted primary point-of-contact
- Experience working with a collaboration/external partner and coordinating effectively across global teams and time zones
- Project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects across various collaborator teams, with ability to coordinate resources, drive adherence to agreed timelines and key achievements, and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment – “Lead without Authority” is preferred, with strong independent work capabilities for remote collaboration environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to provide proactive status updates, document decisions clearly, and raise issues appropriately with proposed solutions
- Attention to detail with commitment to process consistency and quality assurance across all deliverables

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $131,147.20 to $196,720.80. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
