Introduction to role:

As a Senior Manager in GBS Business Controls and Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Global Business Services team worldwide. Accountabilities:
In this global role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Program that supports our Global Business Services team across various geographies. Collaborating with teams, you'll identify critical business processes and help create and execute efficient Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs. Your expertise will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Reporting to the Director of Risk Controls and Business Continuity – GBS, you'll work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management Team to develop frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps that enhance financial controls and risk management across the organization.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Overall, 10+ years of which minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk and Controls Management, SOX and Financial Controls Testing.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent Compliance and governance understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across various leadership levels of the organization
- Working in a matrix organizational structure is required
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Industry certification such as CIA, CISA, ISO 27001, PMI PMP.
