Accountabilities:
As a Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in attracting and hiring top talent for AstraZeneca. Collaborate with business leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure candidates have a seamless experience while monitoring recruitment metrics and maintaining compliance with regulations. Strengthen our employer branding and ensure the right people are in the right roles efficiently and effectively.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Prior recruitment/stakeholder management experience to show ability to work across various functions and provide strategic inputs.
- 10+ years of experience in hiring preferably from a pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to make executive presentations.
- Self-driven, able to complete the assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on high quality deliverables, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enterprising attitude & innovative mindset.

- Experience of working in a similar role in a global environment.
