About the Programme

Our two-year rotational programme prepares you for accelerated entry into an impactful role, crafting your future as an IT leader. 

Starting in 2025, our programme comprises of three placements, each lasting eight months, followed by a permanent position in a role that aligns with your passion, abilities, and our business objectives. We offer rotations across enterprise technologies, cybersecurity, software engineering, automation, immersive technology, data analytics & AI, and technology innovation. Our placements are designed to provide valuable insights into our business and prepare you for a career in software engineering, data science & AI, or business partnering.

The programme’s variety and flexibility will allow you to gain an invaluable blend of on-the-job experience, coaching, and mentorship. You will have the guidance and advice of a huge support network, including a mentor, buddy and programme manager. We’ll also encourage you to identify and build relationships with experts and leaders across our organisation who can help accelerate your development.

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science & AI, Cybersecurity, IT Systems or related degree awarded in 2024 or due to be awarded in 2025.  

  • Available to start full-time work from September 2025 (we do not offer alternative start dates). 

  • A passion for technology with demonstrated curiosity about exploring and using IT solutions in the healthcare sector.  

  • A collaborative approach with ability to work effectively in a team.  

  • The ability to identify and drive innovation and fresh thinking.  

  • Fluent English language skills
