In this role, you will play a key part in operationalizing training strategies and driving project success. You will ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives by focusing on process optimization, vendor alignment, and data-driven insights, ensuring our efforts translate into tangible improvements in clinical practice. Your strong project management skills will be essential in streamlining operations and leveraging data analytics, providing leadership with the visibility and insights needed to drive continuous improvement and enhance the impact of our training initiatives.

This role requires you to drive simplification and efficiency in our operations, lead change initiatives, and support leadership with visibility and impact, all while maintaining a passion for organizational transformation.

Accountabilities:

• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements to streamline operations and improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Global Training and Capability function.
• Collaborating with leadership to develop and manage the annual priorities and plan, ensuring alignment and tracking with organizational goals.
• Budget and Financial Management: Working with the Head of Function and finance business partner to monitor and manage the budget, including forecasting, allocation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Developing and managing reports and dashboards to provide insights into the team's progress, performance, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Vendor and Technology Management: Being responsible for vendor relationships and contracts related to training and capabilities services, software, and technology solutions. Assessing new technology demands and overseeing vendor selection and implementation.
• Project and Change Management: Establishing standardized portfolio management, program, and project management practices for training and capability initiatives. Defining methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
• Team effectiveness: Supporting the Head of Global training and capabilities with team meetings, offsites, monthly and quarterly reporting providing senior leadership with good optics on the success of the overall team through production of high-quality presentations, slide decks, and internal ‘marketing’ materials.
• Working with the team to design and implement innovative learning solutions and gamified modules to simplify complex concepts and improve knowledge retention.
• Optimizing Learning Management Systems to improve functionality and user experience.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate insights into the continuous improvement of learning and capability offerings.
• Utilizing analytics to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Implementing robust assessment frameworks to measure engagement and learning outcomes.
• Executing on a communications strategy to showcase the training and capabilities offering to encourage pull through into the markets via LMS, Company intranet, SharePoint sites/Hubs.
• Establishing systems for data management, allowing for easy access, retrieval, and analysis to inform iterative development, maintaining a central hub and teams channel to curate the team’s activities.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage high volume workload and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to establish and develop internal and external networks
• 5+ years of commercial experience in the healthcare industry that may include Marketing, Project Management, Medical operations, Business Analytics, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis or Consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet and PPT
• Communication skills with strong written and verbal English fluency
• Certifications or proven expertise in educational software, authoring tools, and LMS platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR change programs in a multinational environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Master’s degree or advanced certification in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience in educational technology or instructional design, with a preference for those who have worked specifically in healthcare.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to product development (2+ years preferred).
• Experience with continuous improvement cycles and iterative development
• Experience in evaluating real-world outcomes and impact of educational programs 
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), UX design, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in emerging technologies (AI, VR/AR, mobile applications).
• Skills in advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification.
• PRINCE2 or other recognized project management qualification.
