About the Role
As a Project Manager at Evinova, you will directly manage projects of low – medium complexity or volume,for a designated account, ensuring successful delivery through project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile execution. Low-medium complexity projects are those with less risk, less volume minimal dependencies and / or simplified stakeholder environments. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can navigate clinical operations landscapes, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate requires someone who can effectively manage projects by coordinating teams, resolving dependencies and issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and driving progress to keep delivery on track. You will look for practical, win-win solutions and motivate teams to achieve project goals in line with agreed plans.
What You'll Do
Deliver multiple concurrent low – medium complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring clear accountability, dependencies, and milestones.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal and customer stakeholders on assigned projects.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer project stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and communication.
Own reporting and risk tracking for your project, providing clear, accurate, and timely updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
Be the face of delivery—willing to pick up the phone, deliver tough messages with empathy, and win customer confidence through credibility, clarity, and consistency.
Operate within the bounds of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), with a strong understanding of Clinical Operations and eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments).
Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring projects deliver value for both Evinova and customers.
About You
You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy. You have experience in managing projects for enterprise customers and a foundational understanding of clinical operations. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about improving healthcare through technology.You aspire to build on this experience to take on larger or more complex projects in the future.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences
Familiarity with clinical trial operations, digital health adoption, or medical device/software implementation.
3+ years of project management experience, preferable with 1 yr in digital eCOA or ePRO projects.
Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills, with hands-on familiarity with project management tools.
Able to coordinate and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accountability for project outcomes.

Experience in identifying and resolving project risks and issues on your own, escalating appropriately for support
Ability to recognise scope creep and ensure commercial assessments are conducted where necessary.
