Job description
As a Product Content Manager you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products, including (web portals, mobile applications, questionnaires, devices and revolutionary patient driven health monitoring solutions). Main responsibilities will be end-to-end content management and ownership of assigned product and therapeutic areas.

You will work on CMS content modelling, translation processing and platform publishing for the end-to-end product development journey. You will continuously ensure the correct content is delivered maintained per release cycle, and available for use by clinical studies and external sponsors using the Evinova product suite.


Content management includes:

  • Being a key member of development squads as a dedicated Content Manager, aiding teams to help define, design, develop, model and shape features in the CMS.
  • Collaborating with other content managers on key feature developments across areas, for a streamlined approach to managing divided content across products and client applications.
  • Managing end-to-end content timelines within your squad(s).
  • Supporting product and clinical study teams during maintenance and closeout phases with content change requests and bug fixes.
  • Managing translations defined by your product domain, and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance per release, with support from the Content Enablement team.
  • Pro-actively flagging roadmaps gaps, overlaps and short timelines, while keeping to strict deadlines.
  • Supporting and contributing to improvement initiatives and active feedback loops.
  • Enjoying working at a fast pace within an agile framework and continuously evolving processes.
  • Being confident and able to ‘speak up’ during wider cross-functional meetings.
  • Having fun, and being a supportive team player, and excel at GIF wars.

Required skills & experience

  • Hands-on (Digital) experience using a cloud-based or headless Content Management System (CMS)
  • Bachelor Hons Degree in communication, media information, digital journalism, science and health, product development, or corresponding field
  • An understanding of digital content principles, including content design, strategy, AI efficiencies and project management.
  • Coordinating localised content and managing multiple language translations for varying types of content. 
  • Experience with using a Digital Asset Management system (DAM).
  • Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML and desirable knowledge of SEO
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional settings with internal and external partners in a global organisation.
  • Effective problem-solving and able to work under pressure to manage deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to handle ambiguity
  • Strong proofreading skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently, but able to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Desired skills & experience 

  • Advanced CMS knowledge, including technical expertise
  • Understanding of Clinical trial delivery or pharmaceutical landscape
  • Experience with the following software: Jira, Miro and Figma
  • Customer focused with a forward-thinking approach
  • Deep understanding of User experience and customer journeys
  • Digital Project or Product Management experience
  • Experience within highly regulated environments with strict processes
  • A strong passion for Health and/or working within the Life Sciences industry
