We have exciting opportunities for experienced, applied HTA methodologists and health economic modellers to join our HTA and Modelling Science (HMS) team at either a Director or Lead Level. Our team covers a diverse range of therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism, Respiratory & Immunology, and Vaccines & Immune Therapies.
As part of a multi-disciplinary group, including HTA statisticians, payer evidence experts, and market access specialists, you will help shape the payer environment by creating and delivering high-quality health economic models. These models will unlock the potential of our life-changing medicines for patients around the world.

- Significant experience of hands-on modelling of patient level simulations, dynamic models, application of risk equations, parametric survival techniques, and Bayesian analyses, among others.
- Act as subject-matter expert to unlock modelling challenges and propose methodologically sound, pragmatic, and agile solutions to the team.
- Develop global standards, guidelines, best practice, and metrics within the team. Lead quality assurance on the implementation of accepted methods for modelling and full validation of health economic models prior to submissions to HTA bodies or scientific journals.
- Develop and maintain an external network of experts and participate as an expert in collaborations to drive new and innovative HTA methods.
- Expert knowledge and ability to develop end-to-end decision-analytic models, such as cost-effectiveness or budget impact models fit for submission to reimbursement agencies.
- Significant experience modelling in Excel and creation of VBA codes.
- Expert knowledge of global HTA systems and how to adapt models to their varying requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present to various audiences and develop technical documents like model protocols or model reports and engage with HTA bodies to address model-related queries.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to be able to integrate in a Global cross-functional matrix to deliver objectives and ensure alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Significant experience interpreting clinical data and collaborating with statisticians to deliver trial analyses required to parameterise health economic models.
- Strong understanding and experience of the methods and application of indirect treatment comparisons in health economic models.
