What you´ll do

As a key member of the Global GPPM team, you’ll leverage your organizational and interpersonal strengths to help Global Project Managers (GPM) and project teams excel either in early or in late-stage development. In this dynamic cross-functional environment, you’ll partner closely with the GPM to coordinate and facilitate communication, project planning, and effective meetings.

Your expertise in project coordination will be central, enabling you to manage information flow, prepare monthly reports and agendas, and ensure efficient meeting setup. You’ll bring structure and clarity, supporting both the planning process and the creation of an environment where teams can achieve ambitious goals.

You’ll organize and support team meetings, handle logistics, maintain distribution lists, and drive information management across project groups. By assisting with monthly reporting, communication management, and budget control, you’ll contribute to high-performing, collaborative teams. The role offers variety and requires adaptability, as priorities can shift rapidly. With a proactive approach, you’ll address challenges and find opportunities for growth, including involvement in project planning and budget oversight.

Requirements

  • Experience from and genuine interest in project coordination, preferably within life science. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks for immediate action.

  • Proven experience providing high quality, professional support service, working proactively and independently without day-to-day direction

  • Information management skills including experience in handling sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

  • Fluent in English

Desirable

  • Understanding of drug development processes

  • Post-secondary education within relevant area
