Introduction to role

Join us as a Brand Leader in our Oncology Business Unit, where you will spearhead the marketing strategy for a key brand and its indications. This role is crucial in fostering collaboration among Marketing, Sales Force, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams. You will craft and execute an annual Brand Plan from both strategic and operational perspectives, ensuring it is delivered with excellence and effectively implemented across the organization.

Accountabilities

As a Brand Leader, you will analyze local market and competitive dynamics, continuously incorporating new insights and building long-range forecasts for brands in the portfolio. You will regularly present business results versus budget, market understanding, and insights to senior business leaders at all levels. Planning marketing spend for current and future years to ensure minimal variance against budget is also part of your role. You will lead a multi-channel marketing mix and roll out key projects developed with cross-functional input, including promotional materials, congress activities, and events for healthcare professionals.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Higher level education (e.g. Masters/PhD) in Science or Business

  • Pharmaceutical commercial experience (min. 2 years) with strong performance track record

  • Strategic marketing capabilities

  • Forecasting experience with patient models

  • Rigorous commercial business sense

  • Leadership experience

  • Customer-focused with interest in building relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, training, and negotiation skills

  • Experience in relationship and stakeholder management

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Curious personality and great cross-functional team-player

  • Experience in Oncology

  • Excellent organization skills

  • High level of motivation and proactivity

  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office

  • Strong working proficiency in English (min. B2 level)
