Area Sales Manager for GI Oncology, Nationwide
Introduction to role
As the Area Sales Manager for GI Oncology, you will directly supervise a group of medical representatives and be responsible for delivering sales results across Thailand. You will lead your team to achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure compliance with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.
- Work with individual medical representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
- Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.
- Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.
- Develop medical representatives to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels, including future Area Sales Manager roles.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience with consistent success in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven success as District Manager
- Oncology experience is require
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills
