Area Sales Manager for Breast cancer, Oncology, Nationwide

Introduction to the role:

As an Area Sales Manager for Breast Cancer within our Oncology division, you will directly supervise a group of medical representatives and be responsible for delivering sales results across Thailand. This role demands a seasoned leader who can share best practices and influence people on a national level. 

Accountabilities

  • Lead sales team to meet and/or exceed established sales target and deliver detailed and accurate forecasts on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis to the Franchise Lead, focused on driving product and market share growth.
  • Drive and motivate medical representatives to achieve target and seek opportunities in each territory aligned with ambition, while proactively anticipate obstacles, competitive landscape, and propose guidance to individuals and/or team.
  • Foster strong relationships with KEE, ensuring consistent and proactive engagement with responsiveness.
  • Implement in-field sales strategy and analyse monthly reports to refine approach and provide feedback to Franchise Lead and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide in-field coaching to medical representatives to enhance professional skills and support for future career development goals.
  • Foster team-oriented culture, growth mindset and positive outlook.
  • Ensure individuals and the team comply with all regulations according to company policy, regulatory standards, and ethics
  • Responsible Areas: Thailand Nationwide

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with a positive track record in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Proven success as District Manager with relevant skills or experience in financial management and sales operations
  • Oncology experience is a plus
  • Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business, such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, competitive outlook and team-oriented skills within and across functions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Thai and Englis
