ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose:

To drive sales performance by leading a team of medical representatives, developing and executing tactical plans, and building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead District Team in Area to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.
  • Mapping the Key accounts and KOLs in the assigned therapy areas and developing the Tactical operation plan in agreement with the SLSM.
  • Work with individual sales reps to establish appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
  • Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
  • Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.
  • Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career level.
  • Working with the SLSM in providing the required tactics to increase liquidation and introduction of AZ products in both Public and Private Institutions and ensure the required actions.
  • Executing all Medico-Marketing plans and regularly report the ROI in well-structured and calculated manner and come up proactively with clear required actions on accounts levels or KOLs levels or Area’s level.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Job Requirements:

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • Erbil residency is a must.
  • Strong people management and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of local healthcare systems and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and English languages is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in the CVRM therapy area is a plus.
