BUSINESS AREA

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our department as IT Enablement Business Partner. This multifaceted role will be responsible for ensuring excellence in database engineering, managing critical business applications, overseeing our BI reporting tools and providing expert-level SAP system administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager with a proven track record in business relationship management, capable of bridging technical solutions with business needs to drive impactful results.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver complex IT projects from conception through execution
• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements, and translate these into technical solutions
• Oversee the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications to support operational effectiveness
• Design, develop, and maintain robust database solutions, alongside administer and provide user support to our SAP environment
• Manage and continuously improve the company’s BI reporting tools, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Maintain strong, effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to identify current and future reporting and data needs  

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications in SAP, BI tools, and/or project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are strong assets
• Advanced skills in database engineering, including database architecture, development, performance tuning, and data integration
• Solid hands-on experience administering SAP environments (user management, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integration)
• Deep expertise in BI reporting tools (Power BI), including dashboard creation and report automation
• Project management experience, with a history of delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, including empathy and the ability to listen actively and be proactive
• Cross functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables
• Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and verbal)

Desirable for the role

• Master's degree in Information Technology or Business administration will be considered a strong asset
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project IT environment
