About the programme
We relentlessly follow the science, challenging the status quo to deliver more effective treatments to patients in need. Our dedication means we purposefully push back the limits of knowledge to change the practice of medicine. To ensure no patient is left behind, no matter what stage of disease.
Trust and empowerment are paramount to the way we work – it’s what allows us to do things differently as well as be bold and creative.
Here we play a key role in driving industry leading launches and improving commercial effectiveness. We are passionate about setting the direction and leading the business in shaping the cancer care environment and empowering care teams.
We want to change the way cancer is treated by making an impact at every point in the patient journey. To ultimately deliver clinical promises to the real world, improve patient outcomes and their quality of life.
In Business Innovation we’re passionate about leading the way in how we best serve our customers and patients. To help us achieve our vision we need great people who share our passion for excellence, problem solving, are driven, determined and hard-working. In return, we will support your formal and ‘on the job’ development, making the most of your skills and passion to help you in reaching your ultimate career aspirations.
Our new apprenticeship programme is designed to give you a broad understanding of our commercial Oncology business unit and how we market medicines alongside being involved in a variety of critical transformational activities and projects we are delivering to the business and our customers.
How does the programme work?
During this 39 month programme, you will be embedded in a highly driven and successful team, whilst having the opportunity to interact and work with other parts of the business that will help build your skills in digital marketing.

You’ll be studying for a Level 6 in Digital Marketer which will be funded by us and 20% of your time will be spent on your studies.
How we will support you?
