Hi, I’m Oscar.
I have been at AZ for a year and half and I am currently on my second rotation of my apprenticeship within HR. It has been great opportunity for me and to explore all the different areas within HR before I chose my preferred area
AstraZeneca is truly a great place to work. They allow me to develop and improve in a number of areas both in and outside of work. I have been given key responsibilities within my projects which allows me to challenge myself.
I am regularly offered support and have meetings to track my progress. This enables me to set individual targets between myself and my manager.
I am allowed one day per week to complete my studies. My team have been very mindful and supportive of this, offering and guidance and help when they can.
