Sr. Business Agility Capability Development Associate

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Capability Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in collaboration and innovative thinking. The Capability Associate will help with the design and implementation of cutting-edge learning and development programs. This person will create material, bring the different groups together so that our Learning and Capability Development continues through the Lean-Agile Center of Enablement (LACE), User Experience (UX), and Technology Innovation initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:

Research, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Programs:

  - Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training sessions to improve workplace performance and align with the company’s core values

- Develop and assess effective Capability Development programs and content using diverse techniques and platforms including but not limited to online, self-paced programs and events.  

  - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and other stakeholders to create instructional materials that align with business and learning objectives.

  - Manage multiple projects through the complete instructional design process, from initial research and gap analysis to curriculum development and launch preparation.

- Manage the administration of capability development and learning development processes, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the company’s diversity objectives.

Serve as Ambassador:

  - Be creative in integrating LACE, UX, and Technology Innovation initiatives within the organizational strategy.

- Build and promote a central point for process changes and their impact on training and learning experiences.

- Strong facilitation skills, including virtually and in person.

- Collaboration for Delivery and self-delivery where appropriate of next level skill-based programs including manager development and selling and service skill topics as well as technology-based content.


Effective Communication:

  - Deliver presentations, conduct meetings, and provide regular updates on capability development initiatives.

  - Collaborate with various teams to enhance Learning and Development capabilities using creative tools.

Measure Performance:

- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.

- Measure overall talent uplift using quantitative and qualitative measures

- Conduct trend analysis to draw conclusions and recommendations

Develop Training Materials:

  -  Have a product mindset and create programs/delivery in a re-usable format

  - Create and maintain training materials, including slide decks, job aids, and communications.

  - Transform draft materials into engaging visuals and media to enhance training programs.

  - Use cutting edge technology like gamification, VR and other creative mediums to enhance capability development


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding/experience in UX and technology innovation principles.

At least 5+ years of experience in learning and development

Proven success in project management and program implementation.

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.

Knowledge of change management principles.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Innovative and passionate about learning and development.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Empathetic with excellent rapport-building skills.
