Key accountabilities:

Lead projects sanctioned by the Global Logistics Leadership Team from initiation through implementation including handover to the business as usual teams with the agreed constraints of time, budget and quality.

Required skills:

  • Business degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience within Distribution or Logistics
  • Experience of managing key projects/programmes of work
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers
  • Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, plan and implement multiple project tasks and multiple projects concurrently
  • Good business insight and strong analytical skills
  • Experience of working with policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Experience with AZ change control process and systems.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with commercialization and launch of new products
  • Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Demonstrated understanding of external customer base and supply chain
  • Project Management Certification
  • Portuguese language skills
