Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the interim states for new MDG, Customer & Vendor MDG, Operations Data Hub (ODH) and Finance Data Hub (FDH) as S4 HANA is deployed to each ECC. 
• Ensuring that the data is available to the business teams from both legacy platforms and S4 HANA to ensure no operational risks due to data and reporting accessibility and availability are created.
• Work with the Interim State Lead (add the correct title and other roles applicable) to define the Interim State roadmap.
• Collate and receive delivery plans from Accenture who is responsible for building and delivering the new MDG solution and build into an Interim State roadmap. 
• Responsible for creating delivery plans, tracking progress against plans, status reporting, capturing and monitoring actions and their delivery, RAIDS and budget management.
• Drive the creation of Key Decision Documents (KDDs) by the responsible team/individual through the relevant Design Authority and approval process. Ensure that any milestones created by the KDDs are included and tracked in the project plan.
• Weekly meetings with the Technology Data Senior PM to discuss progress, RAIDs and budget and confirm what should be reported/escalated to the Technology Data LT.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience of successfully leading large-scale technical SAP projects 
• Effective communication and consulting skills to work with a diverse range of partners 
• Strong level of experience in SAP implementation and integration 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Desirable

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) 
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (formerly known as HANA cloud platform) 
• Experience in SAP ACTIVATE, traditional and agile delivery methods, including familiarity with SAFe 
• Project / Programme Management certifications 
• Experience working in a global organization where collaborators and project team members are geographically dispersed 
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and/or experience of delivery in a highly-regulated environment 
• Experience of collaboration platforms for project delivery – e.g. Jira, PPM tools, testing tools.
