AI Enablement Specialist

Job Purpose

Enable safe, high-quality, and value-driven AI usage across the enterprise by championing an agent catalogue, prompt excellence, and adoption practices. Curate, maintain, and continuously improve a reusable library of prompts, instructions, and assets to amplify best practices and nurture business users, makers, and communities of practice.

Partner with key stakeholders to support ongoing campaigns and activities to create a culture of sustainable AI innovation following established frameworks and standards.

Work with colleagues to review, update, and organise assets, helping to ensure compliance and quality to create a positive environment for enterprise AI enablement.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Maintain and enhance the agent catalog and reusable prompt repository in line with the Connected Workplace framework; enforce quality, safety, and metadata standards.

  • Review and improve prompt quality and safety (guarding against data leakage and prompt injection) and align with governance tiers.

  • Publish best-practice patterns and onboarding guidance for users.

  • Design and run ongoing enablement assets (catalogue, playbooks, quick start guides, “prompt of the week,” office hours) to accelerate safe adoption for common business scenarios.

  • Translate technical guidance into accessible, user-ready content.

  • Act as a change champion for responsible AI. Support communication plans, stakeholder briefings, and narrative materials to promote value-focused AI behaviours across the enterprise.

  • Establish and facilitate communities of practice for prompt creators and power users.

  • Partner with Usage Analysts on prompt performance analytics; iterate based on feedback loops and evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Essential

  • Strong writing, information architecture, and content design skills; ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.

  • Familiarity with AI platforms and tooling (e.g., Copilot Studio, Google Agents, LCNC automation, and generative AI assistants).

  • Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Understanding of safety/risk patterns for prompts.

  • Experience working within a quality and compliance environment, including the application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues.

Desirable

  • Experience with prompt engineering and enterprise AI enablement (or equivalent Low-Code/No-Code service).

  • Understanding of ITIL Service Management practices and processes.

  • Demonstrated initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working skills.

  • Familiarity with working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.

  • Experience supporting change initiatives, communities of practice, or adoption programmes in large-scale organisations.
