Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the Advice & Guidance Director, you will be responsible for leading offshore and in-country advice & guidance teams across Americas. This role is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional, best-in-class service & support to our Line Managers & Employees on a range of people activities. You will be accountable for delivering engaging and inspiring leads to colleagues directly within your team, for the customer management within your area and overall service delivery within your Tower. 

Accountabilities:
Your role will involve managing Advice & Guidance delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering HR programmes and plans that support the organisation’s objectives. You will play a key role representing the GBS PS Towers being a single point of contact for the senior team members – Country / Area / Group HR Directors. You will also be responsible for driving the service delivery with the ambition to be best in class function and promoting digital agenda as well as automation and simplification of processes through a programme of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in leading cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies
- Leading HR Operations delivery experience
- Experience in managing senior partners
- Ability to work in a fast-moving & changing environment
- Professional HR qualification
- Fluent English

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Post Graduate HR Qualification
