Accountabilities:
As an Omnichannel Strategist,you'llbe responsible fordelivering asoundstrategic approach tothecustomerexperienceacross digital and non-digital channels, focusing on personalized campaigns that support brandobjectivesand compliance requirements.You will partner with and educate stakeholders about HCP and consumerexperiences, omnichannelstrategies, and advanced capabilities forconnected campaigns thatdeliver onbrand strategic priorities.You willcontinuouslymonitorand evaluate brandcampaignsfor data-driven performance optimizations.
Your strong business acumen andexpertiseinleveraginga unified strategy tocreate innovative omnichannel campaignswill be crucial indelivering impactfulcustomer experiencesthat drive business results.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in a relevant Marketing or Strategy role
Proventrack recordin delivering integrated marketing programswith measured outcomes
Knowledge of digitaland non-digitalchannelssuch as:media, email, SMS, web, direct mail, print, SEM, social, salesforce, events
Ability to lead and influence strategic recommendations,solutions,optimizations, and decisions
Measurement & analytics with focus onstrategic insightstoinformoptimization strategies
Proventrack recordof leading teams without positional authority
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated leadership and coordination ofcross-functionalteams to deliver single cohesive strategy
Healthcare/Pharmaceuticalmarketingexperiencewith focus on personal and non-personal promotionalchannels
Media/Advertisingagency experience
Familiarity withagile ways of working
Business requirement gathering experience
Customer relationship management (CRM) experience
