Associate Director, Customer Marketing
This is what you will do:
The Associate Director of Customer Marketing will be responsible for obtaining and utilizing contract analytics for QBRs, collaborating with account teams for context, crafting customer check-in narratives, and ensuring consistent branding. They will also develop tailored communication plans and marketing campaigns based on QBR insights. This is a field-based role and reports to the Head, US Access Strategy & Marketing.
You will be responsible for:
Shaping the story of the customer check-ins and provide deck to account teams
Connecting with contract analytics owners to receive computed values to populate QBRs/contract management check-ins with customers
Connecting with account teams for qualitative context to QC and provide context on QBR/contract management check-ins with customers
Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints related to QBRs or contract management discussions
Developing tailored customer communication plans or marketing campaigns based on insights from QBR
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
Account Management Experience
Experience in a marketing role
Understanding of access utilized by commercial and government payers under the medical and pharmacy benefits
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work independently as well as with a team, possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
High level of experience utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to effectively communicate complex business challenges and recommendations to senior leaders
Up to 25% travel as required.

We would prefer for you to have:
MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree
Experience in U.S. managed care
