ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our ongoing growth of the HR team in Warsaw we are opening a new Talent Acquisition Partner role (2 years contract).

This role will work very closely with our most high-profile departments which are significantly expanding their footprint in Poland.


As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide inputs to the formulation of recruitment strategies in partnership with colleagues to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals, as well as manage the country relocation process.  You will participate in interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process. You will also be involved in various Talent Acquisition projects, focusing strongly on social media and employer branding.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Conduct phone and face-to-face/video interviews with selected candidates

  • Manage the Offer agenda

  • Develop strong relationships within the Global Recruitment organization to gain input to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, processes, and standards

  • Strategically support College Relations and Conference/Career Fair participation

  • Assist the line managers with the analysis of each channel, including employee referral scheme, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various online sites and campaigns

  • On a limited scale, work with recruitment agencies to support the search for high-volume or niche roles.

  • Support and/or lead Talent Acquisition projects focusing on social media and employer branding

You should have:

  • 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either from agency or in-house background. Nice to have (but not mandatory) experience in Pharma industry.

  • Proactive approach to building candidate pipelines, use of LinkedIn to proactively approach candidates

  • Previous experience with recruiting via Workday

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority

  • A customer service mindset

  • Previous experience with employer branding initiatives are welcome

  • Fluent English
