Location: Warsaw

Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office

Internship in Warsaw Site Finance Team is aimed at graduates who want to use the knowledge gained during their studies in practice. This is an opportunity to raise your professional qualifications in one of the most innovative global biotechnology companies.  

As an Intern you will have an opportunity to support both Financial planning&analysis and controlling areas.

Your core accountabilities will include:

  • Data analysis
  • Preparation of reports, templates in excel e.g. budget performance reports
  • Support in Warsaw Site budgeting and planning process
  • Support in delivering presentations for our Business Partners and Leadership Team
  • Communicating and building relationship with Budget Holders and Business Partners
  • Support for controlling in various activities according to current needs, including administrative and analytical work
  • Retrieving reports, data verification in SAP, purchase orders control
  • Engagement in ongoing projects

Essential for the role:

  • Finance background
  • Accounting fundamentals – understanding the basic principles
  • Good excel skills
  • English Language proficiency
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to details
  • Analytical skills
  • Open mind
  • Willingness to learn and develop in finance

The internship will last 12 months.

Please remember that we work in a hybrid scheme, be prepared to work partially office based (minimum 3 days per week).
