HR Workforce Data Specialist (with German)
Job title: HR Workforce Data Specialist (Workday/SAP/ServiceNow) – with German
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Hybrid work: at least 3 days from the office per week
We’re looking for an HR Workforce Data Specialist to join our team and support day‑to‑day employee lifecycle administration while helping us continuously improve our processes. If you combine meticulous data handling with a service mindset and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Employee data management in HRIS: end‑to‑end maintenance of employee records in Workday and SAP across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Preparation of HR documents: drafting and updating contracts, amendments, employment certificates (Haufe), A1 forms, and other HR documentation.
- HR admin support via ServiceNow: handling tickets, providing information to employees and managers, and ensuring timely, accurate case resolution.
- Reporting and data quality control: preparing and validating HR reports and records using Workday and SAP, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Support for HR projects and initiatives: contributing to ad hoc process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Essential skills and experience:
- German language proficiency: confident written and spoken communication (B2/C1).
- Workday: hands‑on experience for HR administration and reporting.
- ServiceNow: experience working with ticketing portals and workflows.
- Understanding of HR processes: general knowledge of the employee lifecycle and compliance standards.
- Data accuracy and database management: high attention to detail and strong data quality mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, familiarity with Haufe, and MS Excel basics
- English language skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, proactivity, and strong internal customer focus.
