HR Data Specialist with French (12month fix term contract)
Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3 days from office, 2 days from home)

What is the role about?
As the HR Specialist you’ll become part of our French Team that is responsible for providing the following service lines: HR Advisory, Payroll and Workforce Administration.
Within the role you’ll be responsible for the below processes:
- Creating employee contracts and keying new hires
- Process employment and organization changes in Workday
- Manage Workday job change processes and required documentation resulting from promotions, demotions, lateral transfers, fixed term contract extension, etc.
- Support managers with probation period administration and documentation
- Process voluntary and involuntary terminations and produce related documentation
- Actively preparing reports for monthly payroll control
- Review and approve specific types of absences
- Administer maternity leave requests, create relevant documentation
- Perform data quality checks on employee data in Workday, manage the list of errors, discover data gaps and liaise with Employee/Manager or Local HR to correct data when applicable
- Actively manage payroll entries as well as supporting Payroll Cycle on a monthly basis
What skillset are we looking for?
- Experience supporting HR processes and transactions would be an asset
- Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Able to communicate fluently in French
- Good knowledge of English
- Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team, performing together under pressure to meet monthly payroll deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to work with confidential data
- Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
- Ability to think analytically and effectively problem solve using creative solutions
