■ 職務内容 / Job Description

・As an ER specialist, responsible for conducting the following agenda:
1. Managing Employee Relations cases including Bulling and Harassment allegations
・When speak up is done by employees or receiving any employee relations incident, issues, or any concern, coordinate all necessary steps in timely manner for managing cases within own specialist area (i.e. B&H related allegations in all departments of AZ/Alexion Japan.
・When investigation is assigned, conduct an investigation, develop reports, collect necessary external inputs.
・Managing a global investigation reporting system in timely manner.  (in English)
・Typically owns case resolution, considering risks (legal, financial and reputational) and developing appropriate approaches for resolution; escalates only the most complex cases for resolution.   
・Provide a training on ER related topics and Bulling & Harassment for all employees in order to accelerate developing “speak my mind” working environment.
2. Deploy external union management
・Manage daily operations on each cases including spring offense, each collective bargaining, and any other agenda with external union.  These shall be done closely collaborating with external experts.
・Summarize the results of each negotiation and manage any necessary follow-up actions with company stakeholders, flag any potential issues to ER Director to avoid any incident to happen.
3. Run initiatives on Employee Representative Group as a respected and active group
・Run initiatives for Employee Representative Group develop good knowledge on company rules and any other matters employees are interested regarding working condition
・Responsible to run operations in managing Company - Employee meeting to be a good place to listen to employee voice.
・At the time of updating company work rules, implementing new programs, or managing 36 Kyotei and any other company-employee agreements, implement   appropriate communications and explanation sessions
4. Communication with employees
・Run operations to deliver an appropriate communication with employees on work rule updates
 ・Develop and conduct appropriate ER related trainings for managers and employees.
5. Meet labour law related regulatory requirements
・Responsible for managing monitoring of 36 Kyotei and any other company-employee agreements
・Manage  data and reports required by labour laws, and submit company work rules to the authorities at the time of upgrade, etc.
6. Reform of Working Practices to be Great Place to Work for GPTW
・Collect information on new trend in the industry as well as trend and practice in other industry for reform of Working Practices to be Great Place to Work, share the information within ER to discuss that AZKK can upgrade HR programmes to design GPTW.
・Work with ER Manager/Director to deliver initiatives to improve “Working Practices” such as long-hour working, new ways of working in the field, AZ ways of working for office workers, or any other agenda relates to working practice.
・Collaborate with Total Reward team and HRBP to improve new ways of working for the field employees and non-field employees so that AZKK can be the top company in the industry for new ways of working.
