HR Business Partnering

  • Participate in setting and executing HR strategies & implications against the strategic direction of the business area
  • Liaise with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions
  • Responsible for managing projects in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management
  • Act as primary point of contact for HR policy issues. Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure
  • Help the business make the right decision by balancing business strategy and people strategy
  • Build the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences (e.g., leadership, cross-functional, technical, and global perspective)
  • Support business to identify and monitor the organization culture so that it supports the attainment of the company goals and promotes employee satisfaction
  • Ensure the systems and processes are streamlined to efficiently support the business needs while identifying opportunities to leverage resources and processes
  • Coordinate with Global HR function and Project Lead to executive the relevant projects for Taiwan
  • Deliver other task/ cross-functional projects assigned by manager or company.
  • Coach and deliver effect performance to direct and indirect reports creating a supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
  • Ensure activities to comply with Company Code of Ethic and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of the company’s Compensation & Benefits (C&B) framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
  • Own and drive the annual compensation review cycle, including market benchmarking, internal pay structure analysis, budget planning, salary review principles, and effective communication and implementation with management.
  • Design and manage annual reward programs, including annual bonus schemes, short-term incentives, and retention-related compensation initiatives, ensuring motivational impact, operational feasibility, and financial sustainability.
  • Oversee the design and ongoing enhancement of benefits programs (e.g., insurance, retirement plans, flexible benefits), balancing employee experience, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure a high level of payroll and compensation precision, including accurate payroll calculations, correct policy application, data consistency, and cross-system integrity, to minimize operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Global HR teams to ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with corporate policies, local labor laws, and internal control requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Above
  • A strong track record in effective engagement and partnering of Senior Management Team
  • A successful track record in designing and executing Talent strategies and solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into people implications and resulting HR strategies and tactics.
  • English proficient
  • Good interpersonal skills/ Good at strategic planning
  • Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables
  • Strong at adaptability/ Good at change management
  • Utilize analytical approaches to design HR processes, programs, and services that meet future business needs.
  • Challenge and influence business leader’s thinking, providing alternative insights of business issues.
  • Qualification 10+ years of experience in MNC HR roles(C&B is a must, HRG, HRBP…etc.) 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Developed commercial and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational development principles.
  • Working knowledge of all HR functional areas.
  • Grounding in change management philosophy.
  • Training in organizational design.
  • Participate in succession planning activities.
  • Design experience of professional development interventions and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams.
