【Main responsibilities】

1.      Content Creation and Channel Management

  • Support the development of communication content across various platforms, including internal portals and social media.

  • Assist in creating and editing video content for internal communication, including concept development and storyboarding.

2.      Project and Event Support

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for communication campaigns.

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of internal events and cross-functional projects.

  • Provide compliance and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of communications initiatives.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for ongoing campaigns.

【Who can apply?】

  • Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
  • Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.

  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Design tools, and video editing software.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Portfolio submission is encouraged.
