Procurement and Commercial Support Coordinator (Temporary Contract)

What you’ll do

Procurement processes:

  • You will coordinate P2P activities and ensures relevant training for employees
  • Responsibility for organization and preparation of tenders and supplier selection processes, based on AstraZeneca Procurement Standards to cost optimization
  • Management of supplier performance, ensuring client satisfaction levels are maintained and feedback is collected and incorporated
  • Managment of the supplier assessment and consultancy with Engagement Owners creating the records with use of AstraZeneca tools and procurement systems
  • Maintainence of supplier contract database and value tracker database
  • Revise activities and periodically update local procurement rules, in accordance with global requirements
  • Actively collaborate with local and global teams with the aim of ensuring additional savings; analyzes costs per supplier and negotiates better business conditions
  • Revise and optimize the suppliers list

Fleet and Dara Privacy activities:

  • Coordination and monitoring of the established process between fleet management, vehicle leasing and fuel card management service providers
  • Ensuring of internal administration of the fleet and the necessary reporting
  • Coordination and monitoring of  Facility Management with Office Assistant support.
  • Acts as a local point of contact for the administration of activities related to data privacy
  • Assists the global Privacy Office in local implementation and compliance with regulations and procedures related to data privacy, including conducting training, communication and awareness campaigns
  • Coordinates local activities related to data subject requests, investigation of incidents and business inquiries related to data privacy, as well as reviews Privacy Impact Assessments for  local initiatives
  • Performs all business activities in accordance with the AstraZeneca Code of Ethics and all  Standards, Policies and Procedures relevant for their role and duties
  • Adheres to AstraZeneca Standards for Reporting Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) events

Support to EFPIA reporting:

  • Review of EFPIA report on a half-yearly and yearly level
  • Preparation of the manual data upload file (payments to HCPs and HCOs through third parties)
  • Maintaining of  Methodology Note for Bulgaria

Professional qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous work experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively, and independently.
  • Proactive, flexible, and skilled at problem-solving.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
