About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager CVRM to drive the marketing strategy and maximise the commercial potential of key products in the local market. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand performance through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative omnichannel marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful brand strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Analyse market dynamics to evaluate opportunities, forecast trends, and support business planning

  • Drive sales growth through proactive marketing initiatives and optimised resource allocation

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks

  • Lead the creation and timely delivery of Strategic Brand Plans

  • Monitor and manage P&L performance and marketing budgets

  • Build strong partnerships with Key External Experts (KEEs), healthcare organisations, and scientific societies

  • Oversee and optimise AstraZeneca’s participation in national and regional congresses and events

  • Develop and deliver high-quality promotional materials and train the sales force

  • Lead product launches, including pre-launch planning and execution excellence

  • Leverage digital tools and omnichannel strategies, including AI-driven content capabilities

  • Coach and support field teams in product knowledge and messaging

  • Drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, finance, and third-party stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong therapy area knowledge

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Patient-centric mindset

  • Entrepreneurial approach with strong digital awareness

  • Proven planning, organisation, and budget management skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Strong IT and digital skills
