Job Description

Order and Invoicing Management

  • Posting orders received via email, phone, customer portals, and EDI into the ERP system on the same business day.
  • Verify prices, discounts, payment terms, and sales conditions.
  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end invoicing process.

 Risk and Inventory Management

  • Monitor customer credit limits, open account balances, and overdue amounts; coordinate with Sales and Finance in risk situations.
  • Match inventory availability with order requirements and manage allocation processes for critical products.

Reporting, Analysis, and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports on inventory, sales, shipment performance, open orders, and aging to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective operational alignment across internal teams and functions.

Campaigns, Promotions, and Commercial Collaboration

  • Plan and deliver campaign announcements to customers in a timely and synchronized manner.
  • Conduct campaign stock planning, monitor implementation, and deliver outcome reports.
  • Work closely and proactively with the Trade Sales Channels team to coordinate campaign design, stock allocation, and performance tracking.

Pricing, Returns, Financial Integration, and Regulatory Compliance

  • Coordinate system uploads of new prices during update cycles; manage returns/offset processes arising from price differences.
  • Manage acceptance of product returns in compliance with regulations, perform offset transactions, and administer returned-stock processes.
  • Ensure accurate integration of sales operations data into monthly financial closing and reporting.
  • Track operational processes in line with İTS and relevant pharmaceutical regulations, and submit all required notifications.

Qualifications

  • 4 years university degree
  • At least 2 years of similar experience (Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a plus)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail; able to prioritize, multitasking, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and follow-up, result orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); basic Power BI is a plus
  • Hands-on ERP system experience
  • Experience in stock planning, allocation, and performance tracking
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical operational regulations and ITS processes
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
