What you'll do:
Committed to delivering innovative Respiratory solutions, you will exhibit AstraZeneca’s pro-active value propositions to discover new business opportunities and actively influence clinical demands through engagement programmes with long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Engage specialty care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Essential for the role
University degree
Valid Class 3/3A driving license
An accessible vehicle able to be use for work/ on field full time such as a family car, leased vehicle or own vehicle
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience with a sound knowledge of account management ideally within relevant Therapeutic Areas in Singapore.
Desirable Requirements:
High grades in university degree in natural sciences
Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior level healthcare professionals, key accounts and the medical community
Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process and creating value in an ecosystem with multiple influential players / decision makers
Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross functional teams
This position is not eligible for sponsorship of employment visa/work permit in Singapore.
Depending on candidate experience, this position may be filled at the following levels: Product Specialist, Senior Product Specialist or Product Executive.
