This innovative facility will deliver end-to-end Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) capabilities with multiple production units/buildings on one campus Small molecule- chemical API production
- Large molecule- monoclonal antibody manufacturing
- Conjugation
- Fill-and-finish operations, including sterile filling and lyophilization
- Payload processing
- Final secondary packaging
The campus will be equipped with modern digital and automation infrastructure, enabling autonomous manufacturing powered by artificial intelligence. In addition, it will be designed for carbon neutrality, embedding sustainability into every aspect of operations and setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible biologics' manufacturing.

Introduction to role:
Are you ready to take- ownership for the performance of the critical utilities supporting all manufacturing and release processes in the campus? . This role involves full ownership over the performance, reliability and compliance of water for injection, purified water, clean steam, and specialty gases. These enable the safe and efficient supply of life-changing medicines. You will a critical member of the project execution team coordinating and advising from the facility start-up and site operations readiness. You will combine deep engineering expertise with a digital approach to improve uptime, quality, and cost efficiency. You will serve as the primary technical authority within engineering, setting direction for utility systems. You will lead the life- cycle management of power infrastructure that underpins critical operations. Working closely with production, QA, laboratories and project teams, you will translate sophisticated utility performance data into clear actions, shape standards, mentor colleagues and coordinate resources to deliver tangible business outcomes. - Member of the project Execution team: Lead utilities design and startup for AZ’s green field facility and transit into routine operation right sizing operations and maintenance requirements
- Critical Utilities Ownership: Lead design, execution and operations readiness for Water for Injection, Purified and Potable Water, Clean Steam and technical gases, ensuring reliability, quality and fitness for sterile manufacturing and laboratory use.
- Act as technical owner within engineering and provide lead expertise throughout all electrical system phases. Develop maintenance, upgrades, and builds aligned to performance and compliance goals.
- Project Delivery: Plan and implement project activities from scope through implementation; provide functional expertise to project owners and manage small cross functional teams to deliver outcomes on time, in scope and to standard.
- Standards and Options Management: Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions aligned with global and industry standards and local priorities; drive consistent adoption that reduces risk and total cost of ownership.
- Best - Practice and Knowledge Building: Stay ahead oft with new technologies and procedures; translate insights into practical standards, playbooks and training that elevate team capability.
- Handle the full performance cycle of utility and engineering assets to ensure compliance and efficiency. Develop strategies for maintenance, obsolescence, and enhancements designed to lower total operation costs.
- Hands‑on Solving: Lead on‑the‑floor diagnosis and resolution of issues; bring together takeaways and embed them into standard operations to prevent recurrence.
- Lean Problem Solving and Analytics: Apply lean methods and data analytics to remove waste, stabilize processes, and improve capacity, yield and energy efficiency.
- Process and Procedure Excellence: Gather and analyze data to establish and maintain robust business processes and procedures that simplify work and strengthen compliance.
- Technical Governance and Reporting: Prepare governance documents and asset status reports, including forecasts, Key Performance Indicator alignment, technical analytics and clear recommendations for improvement.
- Investment Planning: Lead preparation of investment applications and reasons demonstrating short- and long-term value, risk reduction and sustainability benefits.
- Resource Coordination: Align and lead all aspects of resources across operational groups and project units to prioritize high‑value work and accelerate delivery.
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure your work and the work of others meets cGMP, they as well as regional statutory requirements; proactively identify risks and implement controls. Crucial Skills/Experience: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent engineering experience. A strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts is vital. Experience in managing projects is required. Additionally, you should have solid knowledge of cGMP, they standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant regional compliance requirements.
