Medical Representative (MR)

Job responsibilities

  • Successfully complete all required training programs, including product examinations, compliance training, and relevant capability development programs.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in scientific discussions regarding approved indications and product efficacy and safety profiles to support appropriate patient use aligned with approved labelling and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers through regular and effective customer engagement activities within assigned territory.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to develop local territory strategy and business plans to achieve or exceed sales and call execution objectives within assigned territory.
  • Drive sales performance and support achievement of sales forecasts and assigned territory expectations aligned with business objectives and territory priorities.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of market, demographic, managed markets, and external environment information relevant to assigned sales territory.
  • Continuously strengthen product knowledge, scientific understanding, and communication capability to support effective engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and actively participate in team discussions, training programs, and business activities to support territory execution and business priorities.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, and other related activities.
