What you'll do

As a Sales Representative with us, you’ll sell life-changing medicines within one of four therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic, and other diseases. Using your exceptional selling skills and personable attitude, you’ll build strong and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory – from clinicians and pharmacists to nurses and consultants.

The part you play in our business will be challenging, yet rewarding, requiring you to use your resilient, collaborative and diplomatic skillsets to make connections. The majority of your work will be field based, and will require you to be highly-organised, planning your monthly schedule, attending meetings and calls, as well as writing up reports.

•Coordina el desempeño de ventas y garantiza que las previsiones de ventas y los presupuestos asignados cumplan o incluso superen las expectativas de una determinada área terapéutica o territorio. 
•Se familiariza con el mercado, los datos demográficos y la información relativa a los mercados administrados con el fin de conocer en profundidad el territorio de ventas asignado. 
•Cumple todas las normativas referentes a la interacción con profesionales de asistencia médica, la distribución de muestras, etc.
•Cumplir con los estándares y procedimientos que aplican al desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad del Clúster Cono Sur.
•Reportar cualquier evento de calidad y reclamo relacionado con los productos de AstraZeneca de acuerdo con los procedimientos locales vigentes.
•Es responsable del cumplimiento del presupuesto de TCFA y TDFA asignado y las ventas  de  la  compañía que  corresponde  a  su  territorio (DDD), basados en  las cifras  aprobadas  y  comprometidos  como target cada año.
•Demostrar manejo y aplicación de concepto de Segmentación y Targeting, bajo los principios de AZ Chile.
•Conocimiento actualizado de toda la información de sus Médicos y Clientes con relación a Nivel de Adopción, Motivos de Compra, Objetivos, Plan de acción
•Desarrollar de manera trimestral la propuesta de TAP, que resume análisis, objetivos y plan de acción para cada zona.
•Mantener actualizado el conocimiento en el área de interés de su trabajo como en lo relacionado a Productos  AstraZeneca  y de  la  Competencia, así como el perfeccionamiento constante de las Habilidades de Comunicación en Ventas requeridas y proporcionadas por la Academia SFE.
•Es responsable de concretar la penetración, desarrollo, evolución   y  crecimiento  de  los  productos  que  vende/promociona basado en  los  datos obtenidos  en  Plataforma BI en  relación  a  cada  grupo  de interés  y  su  competencia .
•Conocer y respeta los Principios de Código de Compliance.
•Conocer y manejar el 100 % de los contenidos, objetivos y posicionamiento de productos, contenidos en las literaturas.
•Conocer y manejar los mensajes claves por marca.
•Conocer y aplicar LSS en cada visita de ventas.
•Conocer y aplicar en la visita de ventas el criterio de utilización de la muestra médica y otras inversiones, como elementos de cierre de la venta y  a la contribución a los objetivos del negocio
•Alto nivel de autonomía en la implementación de planes de acción. Autogestión en búsqueda de soluciones que puedan impactar directa / indirectamente al equipo, a la función y/o a los resultados de la compañía, buscando maneras efectivas de solventar: Identificando al stakeholder correcto. Creando instancias efectivas (canales adecuados de comunicación – realizar reuniones para solventar). Autogestionarse / empoderarse en plataformas AZ y ser embajador del uso y adopción digital, al igual que ser parte de la estrategia de onmicanalidad para abarcar un contacto integral a los stakeholders identificados.
•Restricción al cumplimiento de las rutinas de trabajo establecidas y procedimientos generales. p.e. determinación de inversión por productos o actividades, donde es importante la intervención de FLSM, Ventas y Productos.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia previa en roles como Sales representative (Pharma) de productos biológicos y productos de Epoc de al menos 3 años

  • Relacionamiento con especialistas de áreas como: broncopulmonales, inmunología, medicina general, medicina interna y pediatría.

Formación:

  • Universitario finalizado: Biología o afín (no excluyente)

  • Idioma inglés intermedio (no excluyente)
