Senior Business Analyst

Typical Accountabilities - Responsible for preparing in-depth financial analyses of budgets, forecasts, and actual results for review by Senior Management. - Coordinate and prepares presentations for regional Senior Management, the Group CFO, and other key meetings. - Coordinate the completion of the enterprise-wide planning cycle for the region. - Collaborate with other teams to consolidate regional business planning data. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers, risk factors, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to financial analyses. - Identify and implements continuous improvement opportunities for planning and monthly reporting processes. - Perform ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required. Qualifications and Skills Essential: B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting; Knowledge of regional operating models; Proficiency in PC applications, including SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong analytical skills; Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both oral and written; Proven ability to thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment; Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple and frequently changing priorities effectively; High level of accuracy and attention to detail; Proven ability to meet strict deadlines. Desirable: Pharmaceutical industry experience; MBA or CPA qualification required.
