As a Therapy Area Manager (TAM) inRare Diseases,your role will bevital in the development and implementation of brand strategy within assigned brands and business units, ensuring impactful cross-functional teamwork. You will coordinate market activities country-wide while acting as the primary driver for brand strategies and patient journey mapping.

Whatyou’lldo

Brand Management:
You will own the yearly brand planning business process for your portfolio, ensuring the local adaptation and approval ofdisease awareness/marketing materials.You'llbe responsible fordeveloping localized campaigns, managing production and agency relationships, generating market insights, creating promotional and educational content, planningsegmentationand targeting, and collaborating with Medical to foster relationships with local KEEs and patient organizations.

Business Management:
You will analyze market developments and health policy trends, and develop, implement, and evaluate account plans with the cross-functional team.

Customer Engagement:
30% of your time will be dedicated to visiting and engaging key customers, aiming to drive portfolio uptake and achieve strategicobjectives.

Compliance & Team Leadership:
You will ensure tasks are completed to high quality standards, compliance with procedures, legal requirements, and internal standards. If applicable, you will be accountable for your team’s competence and compliance.

About you

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in Pharma marketing or sales

  • Strong understanding of market ethical rules

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Exposure to complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiencyin English

  • Bachelor’s degree in abioscience/management/marketing

Desirable:

  • Experience with multicultural business environments

  • MBA or equivalent

  • Leadership experience

  • Established relationships withcountry rare disease fieldstakeholders

  • Understanding of local market access dynamics and institutionaldecisionmaking
