We are looking for a Workforce Data Specialist (French Speaker) to join our Regional HR Centre in Lisbon. The Role

As a Workforce Data Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing workforce data across the employee lifecycle, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner.

Working closely with HR teams, business partners, and technology platforms, you will manage workforce administration activities, support recruitment-related processes, and help drive continuous improvements in how HR services are delivered.

A key focus of the role will be maintaining high-quality employee data in Workday, supporting job changes, employee transfers, contract administration, and data governance activities across multiple markets.

Key Accountabilities:

Workforce Administration & Employee Data Management

  • Maintain accurate workforce and employee data within HR systems

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions and changes in line with established policies and procedures

  • Validate workforce changes against appropriate approvals and supporting documentation

  • Support the generation and maintenance of employment-related documentation

Workday Transaction Management

  • Manage Workday job change processes end-to-end, including:

    • Promotions

    • Demotions

    • Lateral moves

    • Fixed-term contract extensions

  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels

  • Support affiliate transfers and associated HR administration activities

Data Quality & Governance

  • Perform regular workforce data audits and quality checks

  • Maintain data validation reports and identify discrepancies proactively

  • Work closely with HR partners to resolve data quality issues

  • Ensure HR records remain complete, accurate, and compliant

Partner Support & Collaboration

  • Partner with in-country HR teams to support workforce administration activities

  • Assist with manual payroll and benefits-related activities when required

  • Provide support across other HR teams within the Regional HR Centre as needed

  • Build effective relationships across HR, IT, and business functions

Continuous Improvement

  • Find opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Support enhancements to HR systems, tools, and technologies

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners on process improvement initiatives

  • Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality employee experience through improved ways of working

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Experience working with Workday

  • Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Understanding of HR service delivery technologies, includin Case management systems, Telephony solutions and Employee self-service and online portals

  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively within a busy environment

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrixed team environment

  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing change

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within an HR team or HR shared services environment

  • Fluency in Portuguese

  • HR qualification or relevant HR studies

  • Experience using ServiceNow

  • Experience working within a matrix organisation

  • Exposure to HR operations, workforce administration, or employee lifecycle management
